Mr. John N. Russell, President / CEO of ESP, Inc.

Mr. Russell has over 26 years of U.S. Navy and military simulations experience involving platforms such as the KC-130, P-3, S-3A, F/A-18C, SH-2F/G, Marine Corps and US Army Ground COMS, U.S. Navy Surface and Subsurface Fire Fighting training devices and the Indonesian F-5E/F aircraft radar upgrade kits for the Indonesian Air Force.
In 1981 Mr. Russell began his career in the United States Navy as a TRADEVMAN (Training Device Technician). After serving one four year tour, he went to work for Singer Link on the S-3A Viking flight and weapon system training devices at North Island, California and completed his time with Singer / CAE in 1992 at Naval Air Station Moffett Field, CA where he performed as the Site Manager for those P-3 training systems. During his time at Moffett Field, Mr. Russell entered the Naval Reserve working on P-3C Mobile Maintenance Facilities for the P-3C.
In 1992, Mr. Russell joined Pulau Electronics Corporation and performed the duties of Site Manager at NAS South Weymouth, MA and NAS Brunswick, ME before heading to Orlando in 1994 to serve as Program Manager on numerous simulation and training programs, which included Director of International programs, working with the Indonesian Air Force on their F-5 aircraft.
Mr. Russell was asked to join ESP in 1998 to help win the consolidated P-3 Contractor Operations and Maintenance of Simulator (COMS) program and has helped them become a key service provider in this industry.
Mr. Charles "Ron" Abney, Vice President of Simulation & Training of ESP, Inc.

Mr. Ron Abney came to ESP as a Program Manager in April 2003. During the next two and a half years, he was responsible for all aspects of management of live-fire, non-live fire and non-fire training ranges in Okinawa, Japan; Oahu, Hawaii; Camp Pendleton & 29 Palms, CA and Ft Campbell, KY. He also served as the interim Program Manager for Navy Fire Fighting facilities and a Navy documentation contract.
In October 2005, Ron was promoted to the position of ESP's Vice-President of Simulation and Training. In his current position, Ron is responsible for the daily operations and management of the ESP Orlando office. He provides oversight for operations, new business development and various proposal activities. He also manages the Program Managers for ESP's technical, engineering and COMS programs.
Prior to his coming to ESP, Ron served twenty-six years in the United States Marine Corps in leadership and management positions at all levels of responsibility at locations around the world.
