Orlando, FL – June 11, 2025 – Engineering Support Personnel, Inc. (ESP) is proud to announce it has been selected as a recipient of the 2025 James S. Cogswell Outstanding Industrial Security Achievement Award, presented by the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) at the 61st Annual NCMS Seminar.
ESP was honored among the nation’s top-performing cleared contractors for leadership and excellence in industrial security. This prestigious recognition is awarded to fewer than 1% of the approximately 12,500 cleared contractor facilities nationwide. Nominated by their DCSA Industrial Security Representatives, recipients must demonstrate a sustained record of superior security performance and an unwavering commitment to protecting national security information.
We are incredibly proud of our team for upholding the highest standards in industrial security and grateful to our government partners for their trust and collaboration. The culture of excellence we’ve built is the result of hard work, shared values, and a deep sense of purpose—and we’re honored to see that recognized at the national level.
At ESP, security isn’t just part of what we do—it’s the foundation of how we do it. This award is more than a badge of honor; it’s a testament to our people, our principles, and the mission we serve every day.
