Mr. Goldwasser has served in executive and senior management roles with entrepreneurial and Fortune 500 companies, primarily in the defense contracting, legal, distribution and sales/service industries. He has provided strategic leadership, enhanced bank relationships while guiding firms through debt and covenant revisions, improved cash management, and created from scratch shared services operations for two Fortune 500 firms.
Mr. Goldwasser began his career by serving four years as a Lieutenant in the U.S. Army. He earned the Army Commendation Medal for meritorious service related to his duties as Warehouse and Company Supply Officer, Battalion Assistant Security and Operations Officer, and Battalion Personnel Officer.
Mr. Goldwasser is a Certified Public Accountant with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Auburn University. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
