Marcus Burgess, Program Manager , ESP Inc.
Marcus Burgess joined ESP, Inc. as the Program Manager for the Naval Air Technical Training Center (NATTC) COMS and Surface Fire Fighting / Damage Control COMS in March 2025. He brings over 23 years of experience from the U.S. Navy, where he retired as a Senior Chief Aviation Boatswain's Mate (ABECS) in July 2020. His naval career included assignments at RTC Great Lakes, USS John C Stennis (CVN 74), USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN 71), NRS Columbia S.C., USS George Washington (CVN 73), NATTC Pensacola, USS Nimitz (CVN 68), and CNATT DET Lakehurst NJ. Prior to joining ESP, Inc., Marcus worked with StraCon Services Group as an PJM, leading the Configuration Management team for the Littoral Combat Ship Training Device program at NAWCTSD in the Orlando area.
